We lived the room, grounds and especially the staff. The pool was small and could be better. The dining was obviously upscale and we enjoyed our dinner. I would suggest that their room delivery be more middle class . If I had brought my kids they would have wanted a hot dog, small burger or pizza and quite frankly I would have also. My wife and I had a great time and would come again.

The look of the resort had a very upscale southwestern flavor...perfect setting in Santa Fe , NM. We appreciated a very friendly and helpful staff. The"butler" for the hacienda was extremely professional and helped us on many occasions during a short stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary late afternoon snack and breakfast and the close walk to the center of old Santa Fe. Both my husband and I will look forward to our next stay in Santa Fe and will definitely choose to say at the Hacienda & Spa!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the hotel was clean and ideal. - the location was great, close enough to the plaza to walk. - the staff was extraordinarily friendly from arrival until we left. - the complementary breakfast with beer, wine, and cheeses was exactly what we needed.

It was a very nice, very Southwestern, homey place to stay. They had all the amenities, including spa, workout space, pool, etc. The prix fix meal was wonderful and a great bargain to boot. It was certainly within walking distance of the Plaza area, without the hubbub of being right there. We would definitely stay there again!

The continental breakfast was ok, but very monotonous.

Food! Getting the new york times, Location, "vibe." Included parking, gym, breakfast unlike many other sf hotels.

"Personal butler" thing suggested alevel of super efficiency I did not experience. That said, desk staff were nice and accomodating.

The rooms here are beautiful and charming with a cozy fireplace, the breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic, and it comes with a lovely view.

They gave me response of my consern and experience that online booking nearly almost is ecual to the worst room the hotel has got. Thay gave me a nice room and the time I spent there was my best stay in usa.

My room was awesome; it had a comfy king bed, a nice fireplace, a neat balcony, and a cozy chair to relax in. 🌟

The breakfast here was amazing and the view was beautiful. The location is really nice, near a grassy square 🌳.

Ours was a luxurious stay at a reasonable price. The rooms at the Hacienda are very nicely appointed and spacious. Staying nearer the Plaza would be better but the decent location combined with free parking and shuttle is still very good. The private entry and helpful staff help make this a safe and enjoyable place that we would come back to.
